Back in 2013, Yahoo bought Tumblr for $1.1 billion. Six years later, Tumblr has reportedly lost over 99% of its value.Gee I wonder why oh cause of that whole NSFW band last year that lost them a majority of their user base to the point where the site is now but a ghost town. What frustrates me is the new owner of tumblr will keep the ban on mature content and the fact that the site has very low value that selling it for 3 mil is overestimating its current worth its simple economics if a product is at a huge low and then you try to sell it off for more than its current worth its bad for business.

I wouldn't put it past them to do that I switched to Pillowfort since last year and I love it tumblr is just a undead corpse thats waiting to die.
